Sri Prasanna Anjaneya idol was installed by the Great Madhwa Saint Sri Vyasarajaru or Vyasatirtha in the 15 th Century period.

Sri Prasanna Veeranjaneya temple – in Maruthi Layout in Kodigehalli and also it is very near to Kodigehalli Railway Station , 3 kms from Gundanjaneya Temple which is at the Entrance of Sahakara Nagar. It is also known as Halekote Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy.
